With a background in Chemical Engineering and an MBA from The Wharton School, he spent years in portfolio and project management for Fortune 500 pharmaceutical companies before transitioning full-time into real estate investing.
Today, Mohit applies that same analytical rigor, operational discipline, and long-term vision to every Maven Capital investment — ensuring capital preservation and growth for all partners.

Marianna brings over 15 years of experience as the Managing Director of George & Company’s Boston office, one of New England’s leading business appraisal and brokerage firms. She has overseen the transfer of multimillion-dollar companies across industries like manufacturing, distribution, healthcare, and services.
With an undergraduate degree in Real Estate Finance and an MBA from Babson College, Marianna combines financial expertise, strategic thinking, and negotiation skills to navigate complex transactions and deliver lasting value.
